Thank you for using this site ("MDTX", "we" or "our"). This Code of Conduct (the "Code of Conduct") applies to our online platforms and in-person interactions.

At XSI, we are committed to creating and supporting an inclusive, harassment-free, and diverse community.

MDTX is dedicated to and promotes:

If you believe you have experienced or witnessed any form of harassment on any of our platforms or at an MDTX event, whether in person or remotely, please alert support@MDTX to report the incident.

1. Purpose

XSI is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and friendly environment for all users and participants, regardless of their race, age, colour, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex (including pregnancy), gender, gender identity or expression, including transgender status, physical or mental disability, alienage or citizenship status, military status, including past, current, or future service in uniformed services, genetic information, predisposing genetic characteristics, marital status, status as a victim of domestic violence, familial status, and actual or perceived sexual orientation.

2. Expected Behaviour

We expect all MDTX users and participants to create a safe community for all other users and participants.

As a member of the MDTX community, you must:

• Participate authentically and actively and, in doing so, contribute to the health and longevity of our – your – community
• Collaborate and avoid conflicts and confrontations – we are all here to support each other and learn from one another
• Not demean, discriminate against, or harass other users and participants
• Be mindful of your fellow users and participants
• Alert us if you notice a dangerous situation, a person in distress, or violations of this Code of Conduct, even if these potential or actual issues may seem insignificant

3. Unacceptable Behaviour

The following behaviours are considered unacceptable, whether in person or on XSI platforms such as MDTX.rocks:

• Violence, threats of violence, or violent language directed at anyone
• Sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, ableist, ageist, or otherwise discriminatory jokes and language
• Posting or displaying, and using MDTX to post or display, sexually explicit, pornographic, or violent material
• Publishing or threatening to publish personally identifiable information of others
• Personal insults, particularly those related to gender, age, belief, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, or disability, as well as other characteristics listed in Section 1 of this Code of Conduct
• Inappropriate photography or recording
• Inappropriate physical contact
• Unwelcome sexual attention, including (but not limited to) sexualized comments or jokes, inappropriate touching, and groping
• Deliberate intimidation or harassment, whether online or in person
• Sustained disruption of community events, including discussions and presentations
• Advocating or encouraging any of the above behaviours, whether through or outside of MDTX
